Beth Ann Greika's Profile

I'm Beth and I am so thrilled that my journey has finally led me to practice real estate on the sunny Flora~Bama coast!  

Upon retiring from the Office of International Affairs at the University of Connecticut in 2018, I decided to pursue a career in Real Estate and have never looked back!

When not working with buyers to obtain their dream home or listing homes for sellers ready for a bigger home or ready to downsize, my husband Peter and I love to sail. We have been sailing the Narragansett Bay and the coast of New England for the past several years and are excited to explore the beautiful Southern waters of the Gulf.

Our other passion is honoring those that served our Country. I have been an active member of the Patriot Guard Riders since 2010 and both my husband and I served on CTPGR Leadership. I’ve recently joined the Alabama and Florida chapters and am looking forward to the opportunity to honor our service members locally. My dedication to, and respect for, our service members lead me to obtain my Military Relocation Professional Designation and Florida Military Specialist Certificate to better assist our Veterans and Service Members with their real estate needs.

The core values of Greika Realty are to provide an honest, genuine, forthright buying and selling experience for folks looking for support in their real estate endeavors. My goal is to ensure that every client has the level of expertise they deserve, every step of the way. 

To better serve this dynamic community, I engage in continuing education on a regular basis and I was honored to be the Arthur B. Pope Education Achievement Award recipient in 2022.
